Between his own wineries, laboratories and consultancy, the world-famous oenologist Pascal Chatonnet has wine in his DNA. His scientific background, his perfect knowledge of international wine practices and his perfect understanding of Bordeaux and its terroirs enable him to produce a wide range of wines. Each of them expresses the respect of traditional values and reflects his local expertise as well as the increasing pace of progress through state-of-the-art winemaking techniques.
Pascal Chatonnet, oenologist in the family winery since 1995, works as an international consultant in world-famous estates: Vega Sicilia in Spain, Cos d’Estournel, Pas de l’Ane or Issan in Bordeaux, Beaucastel in Châteauneuf and Mission Hill in British Columbia. Different experiences sharing the same vision: producing authentic wines from specific soils to respect each vintage characteristic.
